Imagine: You have this great, wonderful and probably successful idea for building a brand.
Yet you have no energy. Either you had little sleep. Caught a cold or feeling really sick. And instead of jumping right in and turn your idea into a business you sit down and start watching some Netflix instead. Will it turn out to be a success?
The same goes for relationships. If you have no energy whatsoever will you feel the need to take your partner out for dinner? Or go see a movie? Nope!
So energy is everything. Now energy comes with some good sleep, but most of all we get our energy out of good food.
